Session Overview
In this presentation we hear from Stephen Welch, the Director of Archetypical and Zora Artis, the CEO of Artis Advisory as they deliver their interactive workshop called RECIPE.
RECIPE examines the six styles of influence: Reward, Exchange, Connect, Inform, Picture and Exit.
Zora and Stephen explain the relational styles of influence (the first three), describing what makes them relational and what separates them from the other forms of influence.
They run through each of the styles of influence, explaining what they are and how they can be used by communications professionals. They finish their presentation by playing a game with the audience, quizzing them on each of the styles of influence and how they apply to various scenarios.
