Our process

In the lead-up, we provided expert advice on content including promotional emails, registration content and the webinar script. We also managed registrations and operating protocols on behalf of the DA. We looked after all technical and operational aspects, including the provision of a studio, equipment and the webinar platform. Our team also hosted the webinar leaving the DA subject matter experts free to concentrate on delivering great content. After the webinar, we reported on key reach and engagement metrics.

outcomes

The webinar attracted many registrations and strong conversations with a 75% attendance rate. The audience was highly engaged with an average “attentiveness” score of 100%. A poll of participants scored the webinar highly, including 8.7/10 for the registration process and 8.8/10 for the webinar technology. The webinar delivered immediate results for DA, with the uptake of the compliance procedure increasing by 100% in the two weeks afterwards.
