Looking back at the 2020 govcomms festival

part of the OECD’s Government aftershock

In 2020, contentgroup hosted the inaugural GovComms Festival, a global conference about the future of government communication. The mission of the Festival was to explore the critical lessons in government communication that needed to be learnt after 2020 and the COVID-19 pandemic. The Festival was a part of the OECD’s Government After Shock program. We were proud to have not only the OECD as our partner, but also Griffith University, who put together 24 hours of educational content from experts and academics in government communication. At the end of the GovComms Festival, contentgroup CEO David Pembroke announced the launch of the GovComms Institute.
