Content marketing predictions for 2014
Technology and increased bandwidth will continue to drive innovation in the way people create and consume information, education and entertainment but that should be secondary to achieving a better understanding of your audience.
My prediction for 2014 is that an unrelenting focus on understanding your audience and the customer is where Businesses, Government and not for profits will make the biggest gains in their content marketing.
The better you can understand your audience and their needs, questions and problems, the more accurate and useful your content will be. Any time invested in this task will pay off in spades.
